Process Communication Model®, known worldwide as PCM, is an effective and simple tool for understanding the personality structure, which allows you to leverage work and personal communication in a completely new way. The model takes into account your individual characteristics and opens access to hidden internal resources, including in difficult conflictual situations. Once you have mastered PCM, you will be able to avoid miscommunication and distress, get things done more smoothly, build and maintain effective, trust-based relationships. You will even know what to do with those “difficult to deal with” people around you.
